If the CZJ 35/2.4 do not have any parts intrude in the M42 adaptor it will not hit with the reflective mirror. You can check your lens when mount it on M42 adaptor but need to check the focus as those old lens will have length variation when focus change.

I have CZJ, 50, 80 and 180 on adaptor to 5D it is ok as the adaptor already restricted the lens.
