支燈在同一環境(幾光架室內)有時出全力有時不夠力??
已經用在ETTL,但好似測光測不準

TO: 2nd floor

i use the original battery from the package
coz i just bought it for few day

TO:3th floor
i did check it and the ETTL is on all the time, also i have check on some of the the forum, people are mention it and i did some DIY on my cam and it is fixing tight now.

TO:4th floor
i didn't use the diffuser i tired in P mode, didnt try on auto mode.
by the way when i use P mode, it cant select the F and shutter, is that correct? because if i dont use the flash i can choose the F anf shutter in P mode.

Does 580exII comes with original batteries? Mine didn't come with batteries.

I still don't understand what Thomasbill means, batteries don't affect speedlite that much.

When I buy the 580 EXII it comes with 4 Panasonic batteries.
My problem is the flash sometimes have full output power and sometimes not enough when I shooting the same thing.
I have check on some of the web, people had mention that there is a problem on the connecter and I have did some DIY to make it tight.
But I still have the same problem; will the battery cause the problem?
Beside is it not possible to adjust the F and shutter in P mode when I am using the flash?

其實TomanBill C-Hing對支燈好似不太認識, 就連問題都不太清楚??
用ETTL, 即是信部機的測光喇! 又怎樣可以全出力呀???
要支燈全出力, 就只可以用M(在支燈上) mode. 即是唔行ETTL喇???
C記ETTL測光一向就唔準!!! 有什麼好大驚小鬼呀!!!

我架問題係當我用ETTL拍同一張相時(同環境情況下),個閃有時會全出力(張相幾乎全白),有時唔夠力(暗到睇唔清楚)。
之前上網找,有人話個閃會接觸不良,我已經試過改,但都係一樣。
Canon會測光唔準到咁嚴重? 如果係就真係要大驚小鬼啦。
剛買個閃不久所以想了解多D,我架問題是否正常?

看來你的問題真是佷嚴重, 要返廠修理!!
我支580II亦會閃吓唔閃吓, 但用其他燈(580I, 550,430I)都無問題, 上過Canon CS給他們看看, 就話支580II無問題, 可能是我部機有問題, 如果check部機就要收300$!! 祝你如運!!!

Toman, 我以前400D都試過你的問題，的確係接觸不良，要知係咪正常，左面的ETTL係唔算數，你唔插機就咁開閃個ETTL都會顯示出來，你要知有冇正常接觸係睇支閃的顯示器最右上角有冇一個長方形中間有個井字的LOGO，如果有即代表正常。

仲有，450D應該可以直接控制閃燈，如果你可以直接控制，我估就應該OK，否則就係接解不良。
