Hi Chings,

I wanna to know when I use DPP to convert RAW to JPG:

(1) which image quality will you use (from 1 - 10)? and why?

(2) output resolution? do I need to alter this setting?

(3) resize - usually resize to ? x ?

Not quite sure about #1 in DPP. It seems like it is related to something about jpeg compression rate. As for output resolution, it depends on how the JPG is intended to be used. If it is for viewing in computer, 72 DPI is the norm. If it is for printing, it should be set as 300 DPI.

As for resize, it will also depend on how the JPG will be used. For DCFever posting I usually use 1024 px for the longer size. If it is for printing, I usually keep to the max. I don't resize bigger than original size.
