I suppose you use it in range F2.8 ~ F4, otherwise you only need SSWIS

If I tell you few things, you will find it worth to buy

sharper than 200L F2.8
sharper than 300L F4 (compare with 1.4X added)
sharper than 85 F1.8
sharper than 85L F1.2 at conrner
sharper than 135L F2 at corner
sharper than 200L F2 at corner

No question 70-200-IS-2 is a very nice lens and also 好Q貴 as the way you put it. I don't think the price will get lower any time soon given it is so new. If I don't have either one and want to buy new, I would go for 2 either now or save up to buy later.

Having said that SW IS is a very nice lens also. If the used price for SW IS does drop to a point becoming more attractive, something should be considered as well.
