As for 好多張圖片再加入音樂一齊播放, any movie making software will be able to do that such as Adobe Premiere or Microsoft Movie Maker. If you just want to share your pictures on Internet with music, there are many services (i.e. fotop.net) and album maker (i.e. fotoplayer) support music.
