想放40D但職員說40D是一部好機，勿放，50D仲王。
40D是否一部好機，但個人認為40D影相有點。

dont know if this will help.
im using 40D now and other than the monitor i think it's a decent camera. of course 50D and the newer ones will have high technology than 40D but i think it has performed all its functions well (e.g. image quality, color capture, noise control, picture style).
i focus more on the lens i use than the body.
not planning to trade in my 40D for other cameras coz the newer ones will always defeat the older ones. trade in 40D now for something else and later that body will be "lower tech" than the even newer ones. it's a vicious cycle.
