I have a Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM and Tamron 17-50 F/2.8 already. I will keep the EF-S 10-22mm since it is very useful!

Or they are in the similar quality? Pls Comment.

I don't want to waste money in buying a lens which is similar to my Tamron 17-50 F/2.8, since the Canon one is so expansive.

I suggest you buy EFS 55-250 IS.
This len is cheaper than Tamron, and it can give you good performance.
