I know that Printhead is not under warranty. and compatible or refill ink are cheap, but they will damage to the printhead since 99.99% of those inks are poor quality. Moreover, if you use compatible or refill ink for a long time, the pump inside the printer will be damaged as well, so never try compatible, since i paid a few hundreds to buy a new printhead even my printer is under warranty period.
