Why you want one like that? Your PC or OS doesn't support UBS?

There are card readers in the market can read CF, SD/MMC, SM, Memory Stick, MD or combination(s) of the above. Yet I haven't heard one that does what you need.

Do you mean an adaptor you can load a SD or MMC card then insert into a floppy drive to read? I doubt there is one made.
