Is there anyone using "Magicstor TypeII 2.2GB" card ?

i want buy to use on my Nikon D70, is good for it ?

or buy Kingston 1028 (blue label) as well ??

It seems the opinions and comments about the 2.2GB has been mixed on the Net - Some claim it's more freaky and unreliable than HGST's MD but some claim it's not bad at all.

By all means if you get this, check if the shop will let you to exchange for another brand and model if the one is found to not to be working with your equipment.

And get the latest model, handle it with care (CF drives are more delicate than CF flashes), and make sure your camera has sufficient battery (they require more juice to run than flashes):

Also, it's slower than CF flashes, if you shoot in continously mode heavily then it may not be a good option.

The magicstor CF2 plus seems good for Nikon D70 and Canon 300D now..i have using this card from the first version to the latest one..It seems has problems for the old version. but for the latest Plus one.it works perfectly good..i have used in D70 and 300D, no problem at all...I have hear from the shop saleman..he said their has two to three distributors to sell this drive in HK..He remind should buy from the MICROWORKS one, because they are the real offical distributor, others must be parallel goods supplier which those products without fireware update and manufacturer warrantly.
