It's like deleting all your files on your PC, part of the data is still there with the card, so you need to empty the trash can (i.e. reformat) it from time to time.

Delete CANNOT get rid of those protected files.
Format CAN get rid of everything in the card.

總之記住.. flash memory 每一個 location 都有重寫次數上限. 你影完一次 format 左佢都冇所謂, 唔好係又 format 唔係又 format 就得啦.

Normally 5000 to 10k times erase & rewrite...

if u erase them once a day.... then .... should work for over 10 years.
