I EDITED MY PHOTO, SUCH AS COL/LIGHT/LAYER ADDED (TITLE & DATE), WITH PHOTOSHOP CS. I SAVED THE FILE AS A NEW JPEG FILE B4 PHOTO FINISHING.
SO STRANGE, THE FILE COULD NOT BEEN FOUND AT THE PC OF PHOTOFINISHING SHOP. JUST CAN READ THOSE EDITED FILE W/O LAYER.
WOULD U ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY? OR I MADE SOME MISTAKE. THANKS A LOT!!!

If you just save it as JPEG, you only got the edited JPEG which doesn't support layers. Unless you save another copy of PSD format (Photoshop Documents). Which means you will produce 2 files, one edited JPEG and one edited PSD.

BOTHER U AGAIN, WOULD U TELL ME WHY THE NEW "SAVED AS" JEPG FILE COULD BE FOUND AT 2 DIFFERENCE PC OF MINE EVEN W/O PSD FILE???
BTW, DO U MEAN THAT I MUST PRESENT 2 FILES (PSD & JPEG) TO THE SHOP FOR 1 PHOTO, RIGHT?

If you are sending them JPEG. You won't see any layer of course.

Most photo developers doesn't accept PSD files. So no point sending them the PSD.

I think I got your question. Do you mean the JPEGs are not detected at all? Or you only see the JPEG without layers. It is NORMAL that JPEG doesn't have layers because it DOESN'T support that like PSD does. However, your JPEG should be the edited version. If it doesn't detects, it might be your media that's causing the problem. What do you pass them? A thumb drive or a CD?

The photo finishing shop could not read my cd-rom properly.
Now I saved all edited photo by SD card the probem was solved then.
