These were two different questions, I think.
The first one: To 提高像素 is to resize the image. e.g. if your picture is 1600 x 1200, and you want to increase resolution to 5MP, then you choose reize image and change the width and height of the image to 2560 and 1920 respectively. But remember to increase resolution doesn't necessarily mean improve the quality.
Second question: 曬相會唔見左一D is because the aspect ratio of the image and the printed photo is different. If your image is 4:3 and you want to print 4R, then the upper and lower portion of your image will be cut simply because the aspect ratio of 4R is 3:2. e.g. if your image is 1600 x 1200 (4;3) and you print 4R, then the output size will become 1600 x 1067 (3:2).
