i have just bought a second hand minolta dual III
However, the scanned image's color is far away from the orginal photo (especially the night photo and sunset photo). I would like to ask is that normal? Or should I take some fine adjustment before using it?

正常，一定要做adjustment，或者係你個Mon要Tune，但你Scan完後用來做甚麼。

I heard something about the ICC profile which can tune the color to the best. I would like to ask what is it and what is the procedure to tune it?
