For that picture it was 後期 added in Lightroom (or other software such as Photoshop) as an effect. It is called Vignette.

Canon bro, are there any difference between vignette and lomography?

Here is my understanding between the two:

Vignette is a reduction of an image's brightness (make the edge darker) or saturation (make the edge lighter) at the edges of the image comparing to the center of the image.

Lomography refers to photos with characteristics of over-saturated colors, extreme optical distortions, rainbow-colored subjects, off-kilter exposure, blurring etc. For example, there is a LOMO Canon picture style that would add the LOMO characteristics to your ordinary photos.

So in this case Lomography is a style while Vignette is an element of the Lomography style. This is the reason if you want to create a Lomography effect from an ordinary picture in photoshop, you would start with creating a vignette first.
