當現場天花太高(實內運動場)，用唔到跳燈(bounce)時，直射又太硬兼有黑影時，可以點拍舞蹈比賽呢？加散光罩是唯一的選擇嗎？
又例如在拍室外晚上圍村盆菜宴會時，點樣用燈先至唔會光線太硬？我用Nikon SB800。

"天花太高" : make or buy a bounce card
"直射又太硬兼有黑影" : set a bit higher ISO & a bit slower shutter speed to made balance with ambient lighting

"內運動場" & "舞蹈比賽" : use pure ambient lighting! because flash will affect dancers' eye sign.

"在拍室外晚上圍村盆菜宴會時，點樣用燈先至唔會光線太硬" : make or buy a bounce card (again)!

"加散光罩" : no help to soft the hard shawdon, only help to widen the coverage angle.
