I am going to buy a upper class canon camera. still considering buying 1D Mark IV or 5D Mark II.

just wondering which one is more popular in the market. Can anyone give me some suggestion?

5D2 should be much more popular then 1D4... since there is a huge price different... but they are for different market...

u need to make sure what u need...

1D4 is a much faster camera... in terms of performance...

5d2 on the other hand is a camera with really good PQ... and the price is much cheaper...

it really depends on what u need... also 5d2 is a FF... so no need to x1.3... but 1d4 needed...

1D4, 對焦快,準,但要X1.3(sport,pet,children,bird)
5D2, 畫汁一流,全片 幅,但對焦一般,要習慣用中間點對.

so as jason said the 5D mark II is more popular in the market. but it has been there for more than 2 years, I am concerning the new 5d mark III will come out in months time. then I would feel sorry for the 5d II.

thanks, guys, I am just wait for few more days for the out coming CES. if there is no 5D Mark III, i definitely will take the mark II.
