I bought a 450D kit set. But now I consider to buy the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II . Cos the kit set len not so sharp and colorness.

Is the photo quality so different for these 2 lens ? I usually 影人.

Good pick! 50mm f/1.8 is a very good Len, in terms of sharpness and price wise. Perfect for taking portraits.

I dont know why I use this lens to take a picture, 10 shoots, 5-6 are out focus. I upgrade to 50.4 after 10 days.

when you use EF 50mm f1.8, you try to use M mode or AV mode f2.8 - f4. Then you will get the sharpest photo and will not occur out focus problem.

I consider this len, price is one of the important concern. btw, is this len come with hood and len cover ?

Len cover = Yes.
Len hood = No, but you can get it for under $100.
