800MM定焦..400MM定焦...
同35MM呢類好唔同架

I use 35mm on aps-c, so I would go for 50mm when I upgrade to FF....hehe

Step1, you have 50L !! ! How's that? I am planning to get it with 5D3

And if you like the 35mm range, I think you don't have to wait for 35F2 II.
If Canon update it, it would probably be 35F2 IS and sold at $5000. I think we don't always need IS for a F2 lens and such short focal length. Therefore it's waste of money.
And from Canon's Strategy for the recent 10 years, I see that they only released FF L lens until the release of 24F2.8 IS and 28F2.8 IS. So I think if they renew the FF lens, they will be L or make a IS version.
So ask yourself, do you really need IS with F2 and short focal length? If no, then 35mmF2 really worth the price.

平時我用1D4+800MM定焦比較多,係生態區我都有POST相^^

我其實一路有二枝鏡都冇買...因為我等緊MARKII
一枝係24-70/F2.8
一枝係35.4
其它好多我都己經有.不過好慚愧,好多鏡都擺多過用...HAHAH
返而係生態用鏡使用機率最高.
我諗由今日數前半年..我用得最多的就係CANON 800L定焦
再數多半年,可能係CANON 180L+1.4X/100L

之前有部5D2,因為超級唔鐘意佢的AF表現...好早就賣左...
之後改用1D4...但1D4係1.3X的...結果所有鏡焦距都變左..
所以好唔鐘意變長的感覺..於是好少用
呢排買返5D3....都係FF用感覺好D..可能係我心理因素作怪...HAHAH

I used FF film camera before 2005. Once changed to 20D, the whole world seems changed, haha.....getting narrow
I will go for 5D3, I have to get used to the focal length again.

And 35F2 really suits APS-C with its MFD.
See you can't get that big bee in FF with 35F2. I think I need a Extension Tube for the 50L to take such kind of photos
