First, do not use B shutter to open the mirror, because electric current will attract dust onto CMOS. There is a function in the LCD manual to open mirror for cleaning CMOS, check!

Second, you can air blow the CMOS, but this is only 1 of the step to clean CMOS, after blow, use sensor swap. & CMOS liquid, check the Internet !

after cleaning, remember to check using smallest aperture f/22~32, take a picture on a white card, magnify the image on computer, see if there is any spot still there, pay extra attention on the edge of the picture, if you are lucky enough, then you will be able to do it once, if not, do it again and again.....good luck!
