吾知你係咪用緊dslr, 係就加flash打bounce, iso 200/400.
朋友未用flash之前50張相得5張清, 加左flash打bounce有45張係得既.
佢係完全吾識影相既, 我借個430ex俾佢試完佢即刻話要買ex flash.

Hi, I am new to photography. When you said "打bounce", do you mean cover the speedlite by 柔光罩 or bounce the light via ceiling?

"打bounce = bounce the light via ceiling
柔光罩 should only be used in small room where there are white side walls, usually 柔光罩 is useless in outdoor. Most pros use a home made bounce card with a big rubber band on their flash.
But in order to capture the motion of children & prevent damage to their eyes, I usually don't use flash. Use f2.8 to f1.4 lens with ISO set to 800, usually quick ok
