I bought Marksman's 35 F2 and put it on 20D in practicing the sense for two and a half year, moreover with the launch of 5D3, I finally get the 50L.
I heard lot of negative comments on 5D2 with the L but no complaints from 1 series. I concluded that it is due to the focus system of 5D2.
Now perfect match with 5D3 and its has adequate weight for snap.

其實呢...今年香港專業攝影師...今年果本<<影像年刊>>, 都有一張相係有女性的上半身, 果D叫咩野?
最重要既係....呢本書而家可以在IVE圖書館搵到....而書面上仍沒有任何不雅字句....

師兄，我都係用5D3的，但想買支50 mm鏡，乜sigma.4可以同canon.2比較咩？其實我都想知你話類似係指d咩！發色？锐利？对焦？定係有其他？
又有咩因素令師兄買了50.2而又想放棄50.4？
提外話，我看過很多評論都話sigma50.4都好過canon50.4，是否真的靚及好過原廠？

I tried the Sigma 50.4 before, the focus speed is good, the colour depends on your taste and can also be tuned in digital world, even sharper than 50L, but not as good as L in bokeh.
Only used Canon 50.4 very few times, the micro USM has defect easily.

I once had both S50.4 and C50.4.
C50.4 was a little disappointing particularly when the C50.8 is already delivering that much.
Overall I like the color tone of S50.4 more, so I am only keeping S50.4.

I was also interested in C50.2, but a lot of reviews say this one tends to be soft and is super heavy, both of which hold me off.....

Not quite heavy too me. I don't use handgrip.
Soft is at out of focus area. Sharp at focus point.
