Has anyone ever used this lens (the green ring with the DO [Diffractive Optical] element)? Any comments?

The IQ is good and I agree to "neong" ching's comment on the range with L-lens quality.

But a bit expensive and use normal protective filter instead of UV filter.

i think 2nd hand . below 6000$ is reasonable .
it light weight compare with 70-200 is usm . F2.8
i think 80 to 90% of PQ of 70-200 is usm . F2.8 ( 70 to 250 range)

The lady is a Ma Wan lady ...
i don't know her job .. but i think she cant have job anymore ..
she old and has some problem with her leg ..

remember .. the Lens .. 70-250mm .. 減一至兩級光圈.
The QP will more better ..
and i use 50D ..
