Basically all Canon APS-C bodies can use EF mount or EF-s mount lenses no matter which brand so long as the mount is correct it can be used.

CANON機係唔駛理有冇摩打的，因為全線CANON用的鏡，佢支援得AF就一定有摩打。

The 'True' is if any lenses no matter which brand IF it is for Canon EF or EF-s mount the LENS itself MUST have a motor unless you need an adoptor before you can mount your lens on EOS bodies.

It is because in the history of SLR (film) when at the start of Len autofocus era Canon's management has an extremely good vision that they decided to put the auto focus motor inside all it's lenses so there is NO motor in any EOS bodies no matter it is a film SLR or ditigal SLR.

The design of EF mount is complete that you will find it is so good that even over 20 years from it invention it is still be able to add feature to it. Like newer lens can report the focusing distance for the flash to calculate the flashing power (ETTL II).

其實我都係見到有人咁樣寫:

優點：1) 雖然是副廠鏡，但解像力甚佳，色水唔錯，飽和度高，唔會差過Nikon 12-24好多
2) 好輕身，旅行時唔會有好大負擔
3) 雖然無內置馬達，但對焦速度算幾快，如果係D200以上，用機身推鏡應該仲快
4) 售價合理，3千幾蚊只是NK一半的價錢，騰龍一貫平靚正作風
5) 用在菲林機上11-15mm有成像圈，可當Lomo玩，15-18mm就可以用盡超廣角

主要係呢五點，其他就省略了

缺點：1) 相對Tokina 12-24 F4，此鏡光圈較小，但影響不大
2) 相對Sigma 10-20/Tm 10-24，此鏡焦段算短，但配搭18-200使用一流 (我自己用NK 18-200 VR)
3) 比較膠的感覺，但手感尚算不俗，比預期中好

感受：如果彈藥充足，我會首選NK 12-24 / TM 10-24，不過呢枝鏡其實都好夠用，色水靚，個人認為NIKON用副廠鏡最好用騰龍，正如C記用SIGMA，純粹個人分享
