Tokina 124 f/4 or Tokina 116 f/2.8

Canon 10-22 is the best in terms of optics (APS-C only)
Tokina 124 has f/4 and quality good (APS-C only)
Tokina 116 has f/2.8 and quality good (APS-C for 11-16mm and FF for 15mm and 16mm)
