我唔係指以前EOS3，用眼球去控制對焦點。請不要誤會

我在想，幾時會出個focus system 可以專 detect 被攝物的眼球去對焦。原理就好似 face detection，專找人面去detect，然後對焦及人面測光。

有此想法係因為我常常用大光圈鏡影人的，要影得好一定係對焦人眼，但係去對焦人的眼睛唔係咁易，當個人有番六七尺遠對眼就會好細，但放大100%還是分辯到走焦的。與其咁，如果有個咁既focus system, 你話幾好呢。

我斷舊估覺得，以現今科技，可以先用live view去分析個畫面睇下個人樣同對眼響邊度先，然後即時用番現時的 phase detection system 去某一點進行點對焦。我覺得咁樣先夠快同鎖定到眼球為目標。
當然對焦點要夠多，並充滿整個畫面先店，不過睇7D2都cover近七八成了，所以要全幅對焦點，指日可待。

What I am thinking of is using contrast detection to locate the eyes of a frame, then use phase detection to yield a faster focus. Of course, both actions should be taken within a very short duration say 0.06sec (just a figure that Sony Alpha 6000 is using)

Or I saw that LG G3 uses laser to detect the subject distance. I think the contrast detection can first locate the eyes of a frame, then use the laser to point to the eyes to measure the distance and send it to the lens to set the that focus distance. (Assume it won't hurt the eyes)

Liveview臉部自動對焦都已經有了一很久，連眨眼自動拍攝都有了，要瞳孔自動對焦應該不是無可能，只要有這個市場需要，總會有一天有這個產品。

我無記錯好似十幾廿年前, EOS5 (菲林機) 好似已經有眼球對焦.
