如果o係唔落腳架(平時出街影相),即就o甘咩係膊頭或頸的情況下,LB5/LB6 +20E 的重量會否整爆相機/鏡身個mount 呢?

No problem at all. I use D700 + 直倒 + LB6 + Tc20eIII. Total weight about 3.5kg - quite heavy, but I seldom use tripod.

I always use left hand to hold the lens and at the same time right hand to hold the camera. This way, no problem. Never hold the camera only, or the mount will be damaged.

LB6 + 20eIII are heavy but no harm to the mounting. They are designed to fit the body and no need to worry.
