5D Mark III (Direct Quote) (CR1)
1. The release of 5D3 depends on the successor of Nikon D700. That is, 5D2 has beaten D700 since it was released.

There’s no any other FF DSLR can compete with 5D2 in the current DSLR market; hence, for Canon, it’s not necessary to replace it recently.

*CR’s Note: Presumably this means the 5D2 has outsold the D700.

4. 5D3 will be equipped with better AF system, though it won’t be as good as the 19-point AF system like 7D.

I always tell people a good photo is coming from the eye and brain behind the camera.

But the OP just making some statement which doesn't make any sensor and ignore all the fact in the real world ... Once again, offended.

what da!!!!! Well ... the 5D2 is the world best FF DSLR in the writer's own eye and it make the whole statement not trustworthy at all. Man, how can a camera with slow continue shooting speed, inferior high ISO performance be the best????

agree with 王迦南 Bro.

a good camera and lens is great tool, it make thing taking photos easier. But without the skill, it's actually harder to get a great photo with those top end camera.

It comes down to what you can afford, and how you can use the full potential of the camera and lens on hand. It will make a good combination.
