Hiya, I've bought a new D90 body from CAM2, 2 days ago, and I've found out that it has a soft focusing problem with my 50mm F1.8.

This is very disappointing for me. Does anyone here know of this problem and how to cure it? i'm thinking of taking it back to the shop and ask the staffs about it.

What were you photographing with the 50 f/1.8? At what Aperture were you taking those pictures? The depth of field is so thin if you were using aperture at f1.8.

Study your user manual, especially on AF-C/AF-S/AF-A mode and how to choose different focusing points (i.e. matrix, spot ...).

Improve your photography knowledge, on DOF.
