復活節前趺了支17-55 f2.8 落地, zoom ring 轉不動, 拿上CS 報價, 因鏡筒變了形, 要差不多3k.

回家後想下想下, 要cs 退回parts比我, 做留念都好, 反正所有東西都是我真金白銀買回來, 就算是維修價錢都已經是付了人工又付了材料, 問他們取回 parts 我覺是天公地道.

誰不知 CS 話 公司規舉, 沒有得退回, 在單後已經寫上, 只可以給 parts 我看一看, parts 會 send 回日本 (當我白痴). Nikon CS 和打刧的分別是 > 白紙黑字寫明是 "打刧" 冇得出聲 !

我深深不憤, 寫了封信給 消費者委員會:

本人欲要求取回已損壞零件但被拒絕.

本人之鏡頭還未修理好, 初步報價大約要HK$3,000, 已付HK$120之檢查費, 請見收據.

本人現正提出投訴, 請更進.

I mean I don't see any reason you can make a successful complain against Nikon this way.

Coz it is commonly know that they won't give you back the faulty parts. Also on the estimate Nikon always listed there clearly and the quotation price is based on they will keep the old parts.


maybe if you ask them before you authorise the order, they can give you a expensive quote then you can keep the replaced parts.


Please remember the quote price for repair is based on Nikon gonna take the old parts away. if you 真金白銀買, they can charge you heaps more than that.

Also 17-55 f2.8 and 24-70 f2.8 is two very special lens. All repaired old parts will actually need to sent back to Nikon Japan. There are only four factories in the world can repair these two lens, but not in HK. Any thing goes wrong with the barrel or inside, it's a new replacement.

You may end up with a lens with a new serial number.

Also, if you have already contacted 消費者委員會, I highly recommend you to be a little careful when you post the detail on public forum.

There are legal responsibility you are liable for if anything goes wrong.

seriously, I can't agree with what you said and it's not 天公地道 as you think.

my friendly advice, please be careful once you have 3rd party involved and if in USA, what you have just said about Nikon 白紙黑字寫明是 "打刧" 冇得出聲 on a public forum is already enough to get yourself into trouble against defamation law.

Those old parts like expensive optics might be used for refurbish lens. Not brand new one you can buy in the market.

Usually happens with warranty replacement lens.

This is a very normal and common practice in all industry, including Nikon, Canon, Sony any brands you can name.

But again, it's just happens on those expensive lens and factory will test the optic and only reuse them if they are in perfect condition.
