我本身用GX1同EM5。對兩家系統也有些經驗。
兩家相機使用相同鏡頭後，對焦速度不會差太遠，GX1的TOUCH PANEL較EP3靈敏，自由對焦範圍亦較大，操控上亦較爽。但論畫質，EP3在高ISO上的表現較好，畫質略勝。但影小朋友，兩者都有不足，特別是在室內，光線不足下，要捕捉甩繩馬騮，還是略有不及DSLR。
如要容易拍到百厭BB，而不上選用DSLR，不論選用EP3還是GX1，都應以大光圈鏡頭配合，會較易拍得好照片。

完全同意tzemang師兄的見解,
不過如果要輕便嘅,我要選擇panasonic的gx1,只有一個原因,我係用p記的gf1.

我一向都用 P 記，依家用緊 GX1，P 記好處係可以用全高清 1080P 錄影時都可以影硬照﹝1,100萬像素﹞，而我用事就用 E-PL3 就冇呢個功能，所以佢都後悔冇聽我講。

之前用Ep3，轉用Gx1，影小孩Gx1對焦快D，操作較方便

1st: 現在是說EP-3 不是E-PL3;
2nd: GX1 快過EP-3...係真唔係...?
不過...其實如果用了大光圈之後..., EP-3 + High ISO 優勢就有少少拋離 GX1了...;
只是我的意見...!
當然...如果可以...OM-D E-M5 就一定比這兩款 好 很多了....!

之前用Ep3，轉用Gx1
of course GX1 is more faster than EP3 , ISO is more better than EP3 , even OMD i try before.....
Finally , i go back to my GX1 .....
Take your choice... i try my machine already and waste a lot of money !
