小弟有一部Microtek的ArtixScan 1100,不知為何近期總是scan唔到相片,係完全無反應個隻,scan相片時偶然一次半次部機都會動吓,但scan出來總是偏色到一片灰灰黑黑的.但當一轉回到scan底片時就百分百成功,完全超正常,本人已試過重裝軟件,效果都是一樣,不知各位高人知否原因及告知小弟呢,一萬個謝謝..............................:p

You need to choose the scan object type, for example choose color prints the upper light will turn on for scanning. But I think you all the time to choose film type, so the scanner automatically turn on the upper light and then you got the grey results.
