Be noted that the charging time indicated in the manual is probably times for filling up fully used batteries. If your batteries aren't flattened the charging time should be shortened accordingly.

Anyway, I would recommend you to get a charger with -dV termination circuit so that it won't overcharge your batteries and prolong your batteries' life.
