我於早幾天買了一個digimateiiii的數碼伴侶 +一個fijiism80g 5400 8mb的harddisk, 可以我怎也不能利用電腦format 做fat32, 因此不能夠利用digimate, 各位師兄師姐, 救救我啦!

I have similar problem before.

Digimate cannot read hard disk more than 40G. You have to segregate the hard disk into 2 partitions, e.g. 30G + 30G. Then, digimate will able to recognise the hard disk.

I have bought DC Partner III of Magic Pro 2 weeks ago with 40G hard disk. I use Partition Magic to format the hard disk. It also formats up to 32G with the rest parts which cannot be formatted to 32 fat.
After reading the manual of the DC Partner, I find that the manual has stated that the maximum of a partition should be only 32G because it is the limitation for the DC Partner to read the various cards to store photos into the hard disk inside the DC Partner without using computer. The DC Partner will recognise the 1st 32G partition first.
In such circumstance, I think that all DC Wallets should have such limitation. So make partitions up to 32G for each partition if your hard disk is more than 32G.

我都係呀~
我想用電腦 format 個80g harddisk 做 fat32, 佢又話太 format 唔到....
但如果 ntfs 既又唔得.....
我係咪都係將個 hd 分做兩個 partition, 40+40 咁去呢~~???
