Is there any software can change the photo into VCD format and play on TV with different kinds of effect. I tried to use Photo2VCD ver.3.2.6 but I don't have the register code. So, a headline with appear on the screen after pressing the preview button.

You may try to use the software of "WinOnCD" ver 6.0 or something.
By using this software, you can store your photos on the CD in the format of Photo-VCD which on one hand allows you to play your photos with effects on TV by VCD or DVD player (but VCD 2.0 supported), and on the other hands will keep you a file of the photos for photo print out when you need it.
