The internal flash of 300D is at a higher position than the 10D
Good for flash photography at a close distance.

For 300D, there are 7 AF points to pick, for 10D only 5.
More flexibility.

LCD panel is located at the back of camera instead of on the top.
Easier to read.

300D becomes a hot topic since August 20, 2003 and is now loaded with tons of expectations.

At a fashion show, all the models' smile pointed at the SLR/DSLR, not my S602Z. What a sad story!!!

I was thinking of S2Pro and 10D. Now, I am thinking of S2Pro and 300D.
The story of AF of 10D keeps holding me back.

The launch of 300D is really an impact in the market.

I believe that the APS sensor size will last for a longer time as the lenses are following the APS sensor. Because the photos on the monitor are bigger, the quality of the lens prevails. The shorter distance due to the APS size will compensate the bigger image effects.

More comments on 300D are welcome.

In US, 10D, again, out of stock!!
The rumours says 10D will be replaced by a new model!!

10D using 7 pts AF. i think they are on par with each others in terms of AF performance. i just hope the 300D won't have the same AF problem with 10D then its good la.

i think the biggest weakness of 300D is it lack the rear command dial. i don't mind the full plastic package as thats where you save on your wallet.
