請問各前輩DX鏡跟其他nikon鏡有咩分別呢?

nikon果支dx17-55 f2.8 delay 了，唉又delay，唔知nikon攪乜鬼，好似亂晒陣腳咁，唔知係唔係同d70一齊出壯下氣勢呢?

其實都唔知 Nikon 搞乜鬼, 仲唔襯 300D 冇貨, 拿拿聲出D70 來收復失地, 再遲D Canon 300D 齊貨後, 個個買晒 Canon L lens 及配件, 仲邊會同你轉機, 轉都焗住轉 Canon 其他型號, 呢次 Canon 真絕. 計我話, 炒左 nikon marketing department 班友至真, 今次都不知流失了幾多初玩 DLSR 的客戶, 凈係 17-40L , 70-200 f/4L 冇貨就知啦, 連鏡都帶旺埋. 認真絕.

No, I'm not Nikon fans. If the camera is good, no matter which brand, I still like it. But, base on marketing concept, Nikon did a really big mistake this tme.

to answer aaadcfever's first question, DX lenses are like EFS, i.e. the image projected from it is smaller than conventional 35mm lens, which just cover the APS sized digital sensors of the nikon D series camera.

agreed with Velsper hing, so long as the product is good, i don't mind waiting.

like D2H is somehow a little disappointing to me, in my opinion its not even in the same league of the older than 2 years' old EOS 1D, except the WiFi add-on, and a slightly bigger buffer. But it lack the electronic shutter which sync with flash all the way upto 1/16,000 sec. and the less friendly 1.5x crop factor vs. the 1D's 1.3x.

so what's are the advantages of DX lenses over the others?

To say fans of nikon is too serious. What I mean is having a good impression on the brand!

DX鏡意義只係"特別設計給NIKON DSLR(1.5X)"
因為感光片較135菲林細, 所以可以設計細D既成像圈(lower cost)
(相反SLR用某些焦段就會見到成像圈)

adv??絕對的優勢是沒有
但DX鏡
1) 使DSLR能有標準焦段的鏡頭
(正如17-55咪係變成28-80焦段? 現在的AFS 28-70 2.8變了42-105 沒那麼好用)
2) DX鏡成像圈較細應更能控制質素和成本

and exactly as Velsper hing mentioned, DX lens could be made cheaper and much lighter and smaller in form factor.
