u can ask them to exchange a new one, but my experience told me that some of their shops won't exchange for you, but u must persist to exchange! if they still refuse, complain to their manager, or CS hotline....fxxxxxxx has a CS hotline stated on the invoice, call their CS dept in the shop immediately if the shop refuse to exchange for you, i tried before, it does work!! the fact is that your DC really has problem - dead point!! u have strong reason to request an exchange!!

if u need to exchange in another shop, i think u need to call their CS to arrange, but may not be able to exchange immediately, but you can tried!!
