Don't believe the strobe voltage data in the link too much.
I have bought the "Nissin Auto 300Z" after referenced to the link.
But the strobe voltage I measured is about 190V.
The flash is bought from Man Shing Photo Supplies.
The actual model I got is "Nissin Auto 300Z Thyristor" and
both Wing Shing and Man Shing are carrying the same model.

The strobe voltage of Tumax 988twz is 7.6V as reported in the
link: http://www.botzilla.com/photo/strobeVolts.html.
But I do have doubt about the voltages collected in the link.

BTW, the strobe voltage of Panasonic PE-28S I measured is
about 5V.

I didn't try the Nissin Auto 300Z on my FZ10, so I don't
know whether the 190V strobe voltage will immediately
damage the FZ10 or not. I am just not dare to try.

I suggest you to measure the voltage before continue
using the flash.

It seems the Tumax 988TWZ do have strobe voltage of 7.6V and is
safe for FZ10.

To hyl:

Strobe voltage higher than the specification may not immediately
cause damage to FZ10. But high strobe voltage damages are common
to Canon EOS camera.
