Hi, every brothers an sisters, I use my 300D for 5 months, I am amazed to get this good camera with this price.
I am satisfied with the picture it takes, except that I can't take control of the some function, eg. flash exposure compensation, lack of point metering, the focusing mode.

And at this time, D70 appears.......and my brother uses Nikon system.
So I am wondering should I change the system, and share the lens and all the accessories with my brother.

Please give me some advices.

As a D70 user, I have the following comment for you:

D70 is really an amazing camera,
but your 300D is also good at taking good images!

If this is a 借口 for you to switch, just go ahead!!
Sell you 300D set with 5 months of usage, you won't loss a lot.

Or your brother can buy a D70 while you can still keep your 300D.

Flash compensation is not a real prblem.
Because if you care about that, you should 一早 have bought
550EX already.

First of all, thanks to all your sincere advices, which are rare in most forums.

Actually the flash compensation problem can be solved by my 550EX, but I am quite annoyed by the use of FEL......every time I have to lock the FE before recompose the picture if I want "accurate" exposure can be reached.

Brother ccleung1, can you tell me D70 can solve my problem(FEL)?

我都係300d user,有多支55-200mm and 550ex....
不過我覺得d相好似冇之前部 sony f-707咁sharp.d色都好似灰jor d.....有冇辨法可以改善丫? 係唔係coms同ccd既分別? d70會唔會有d咁既情況? 唔該哂各位!!

我最後都係決定繼續用canon，原因如下：

1. 已擁有3鏡1燈，不想浪費；
2. Canon對焦速度真的十分理想；
3. Canon鏡較多選擇；
4. 亦是最重要一點，我較看好Canon在數碼相機發展的前境。

以上純屬個人意見，希望不致傷害任何人。
