I m using Cannon A80 and i want to have a A3 photo print out
If i use 4.0 mega pixels with fine mode, is it ok ?

Depends on the viewing distance.

If you hang it on the wall and view it from 1 meter who can see the grain ?

Using a magnifier even A6 size is grainy. ;-(

If the content is attractive who care about the grain ?
