Hi,

I am using C8080 and Kingston 256 Mb standard CF.
Can C8080 work with 4G MD taken from this MP3 player?
And I can plug this 256 CF into this mp3 again?

256MB確實太小，不過4GB也沒有必要，我覺得1GB就夠啦，成300張SHQ，如果4GB就要1200張啦。1200張要我點拍啊，一日之內沒得停啊。

4GB MD 用到在C8080上

影SHQ 就梗係啦
但如果影RAW
4GB 係唔錯的配搭

and it is very good to take 640x480 movie...no need to bring DV la
I am think to get this mp3.
take the MD out when i need travel or need to take movie.
other time, plug it back to mp3 for music listening....
as i found this mp3 does not support kingston 256 stardard CF.....poor

vegatenor, great idea to use to take movie. But, just my personal feeling, don't consider to remove and replug CF/MD many time for this MP3 as the internal ribbon cable seems weak.

But just dont know two things...
1. does this mp3 support Kingston standard 256Mb?
2. Would C8080 take 640x480 movie not smooth or even stop when using this 4G MD? as i guess 4g md is much slower than Fast CF......
please help
i am considering Gmini220 too.
but it is not convenience as MD.......

Sorry that I cannot reply your queries precisely, lets takes some senerio.

1. The sale in Boardway told me that it works with SanDiak CF card and I did have SanDisk 128 on hand. But Kingston, no idea.

2. Actually I am not using 8080 but CP8700, it seems ok. Actually, CP8700 does experience writing problem even with my Ultra II 512, it takes around 12s to write a RAW file (12M) and this 4G card writing at around 13s. Appearently faster than traditional SanDisk CF card.
