I have encountered a problem on the new Canon 20D

A. RAW file
For the RAW file. After I took some photo on RAW, or RAW+JPEG, these photo could not be retrieved by any approaches.

1. Cannon EOSViewUtility
2. Explorer (drag and drop)

- If all photo are in RAW format, the camera states that no picture is taken.
- If some of them are in RAW format and some of them are in JPEG, only the JPEG could be viewed and copied and the file with RAW component could not be viewed and copied.

B. battery
- It is found that the new machine is not compatiable with the BP-511
- When using BP-511, the counter of remained photo become blank
- If you have battery grip, you could not use different kind of battery (BP511 and BP511A), the machine will become fail to response

The firnware used is 1.0.2.

i think you need to bring back to canon to check it
my 20D no this problem at all
i'm also use GP battery also can work
