I think it depends on what dc you have, how big size when taken photos.

if you take big size photos, 1 G maybe not enough, so, digital wallet will be needed.

My estimation as below:

your best photo size: 1.5 MB at 3.2 M pixel
1000 MB / 1.5 =666 picture for 7 days
so, each days, you will shoot max: 666 pic / 7 days = 95 pic / day on average

What do you think?

I remember when I was in Shanghai trip, I took more than 100 pic for snapshot. so, if I were you, I may consdier to buy digital wallet!

But, do you think you will shoot that much in a day?

If you buy a SD/wallet just for the trip I suggest you buy a digital wallet, which is easier to resale it if you don't want to keep it after the trip.

BTW, Magic-Pro DC Partner digital wallet 40G is HK$12xx.

but I can't find Magic-Pro one at 298, Windor House, or even in Wanchai Computer Mall wor....I can only find digital wallet for 20GB at $1,200, 40GB at $1,300 at Wanchai Computer Mall, & why I wanna to think about digital wallet because my IBM notebook only have 20GB harddisk, if I buy digital wallet, I can have one removable harddisk for it....so should I buy a digital wallet instead of 1GB SD??

I think the Magic-Pro only available in their shop in Golden, Sham Shui Po. Below is the info of it, and from various comment it's speed is very good:

If you want to have a mobile hard disk, then you can consider another digital wallet called "Look" (http://www.look.com.cn). It is much slimmer than convertional digital wallet. The price is about HK$3xx without hard disk. A 4200 rpm 40GB 2.5" hard disk is about HK$610, so end up you can get a 40GB digital wallet for around HK$1000.

I finally buy Nachus POP II law, 30GB $1,350.....2 year warranty,....try try at home 1st.....

其實Sarotech隻Cutie FHD-254UM厚左2mm就內置充電，比較方便。可惜太貴，況且使用USB OTG 1.O，恐怕轉輸比較慢。唯有期待下一代產品。
