I'm going to buy a new DC,,,
but i cant decide which is the best.....
Please advise........

You may also need to conside Canon Ixus 40 (launched today).

EX Z55:
Picture quality is not that good enough, a bit rough, and the noise is higher than the others. Battery is the best among all. 23 Pre-set scene.
Some snapshot pictures are not clear enough.

FX-7:
2.5" LCD is the selling point, week battery performance. Picture quality should be sharp enough (in the middle range).
L x W x D is the best among the others, most convenience when holding on hand.

Ixus 40: (I just bought it today)
Really small in size, 60fps movie possible, quick response when performing snapshot.

LCD without crystal protection, somehow it is too small.
