Point the camera to a blue sky and press shutter !

1. Your camera is supposed to record what it is but
If you point the camera to a mountain with a portion is bule sky, the sky would over exposed and become white.

2. Don't expect taking a photo of grey sky and turn out a blue sky photo.

3. If the sky is light blue then you can emphysize the blue by :
a. set the in camera 'Saturation' to high before taking the photo.
b. properly expose the sky
use the Gradual Neutral Density filter to make the sky and mountain etc evenly exposed. eg using Cokin P121 filter.
c. add a CPL filter

4. If the photo is blue but not blue enough then
a. In photoshop select the blue portion and increase the level of Blue channel.
b. In photoshop or other software increase the Blue saturation.
