各位大師兄,我昃一位初學者,想購入一部八千以下的D-SLR請問選擇D70, 300D還是Pentax *ist DS好？

D70,或者*ist-DS啦,事旦揀一個!!
D70,機身大部好多,週邊鏡頭支援好多,淨係用得電子鏡,唔支援舊鏡!!
*ist-DS最輕最細,用AA電,周邊支援配件少D,新舊鏡都用得!!

300D 無論機同kit鏡都差過d70....當然d70 la....
pentax 就睇你要唔要細部la....

300D其實唔差,用轉接環可以用其他廠鏡,不過開機起步慢人幾拍!!
如果唔想用專用電,最輕最細AA電就係笨得死啦!!

Actually, 300D kit is $1500-2000 cheaper than D70, you can add some money to buy a 50 f/1.4 which allow you to have very good quality photo already. So, No need to compare kit lens (if you compare 50 prime with kit lens, all kit lens lose)

Frankly speaking, i think function + size, I will choose Pentax *ist Ds
if you use Canon / Nikon, choose back Canon / Nikon.

why?

because i am a happy user of Ds

i am a beginner and i don't find it hard to take pic =D

but the AWB will not make too much adjustment...
so i will change the WB by my self

論感覺, Pentax 好呀! 精美小巧的 DSLR 獨一無二!

論價錢, D70 同 300D 都好低買, 不過出左咁耐嘛..平係應該

比我揀可能會入 pentax 呢

Pentax DS is very attractive to me because of size and weight.

If I were in the market for these 3 DSLR, I would choose the Pentax. Good layout, large LCD, and most importantly, the size.

How come no one mention the different of the viewfinder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*ist DS's viewfinder is much bigger than 300D and D70! Viewfinder is one of the most important of the DSLR IMHO!!!!!! and I was told that D70/300D practically can't MF because of the small viewfinder. (i'm not a 300D/D70 user. so pls correct me if i'm wrong)

another advantage of *ist DS not mentioned yet is the metal body frame inside.

one more feature only in *ist DS is the internal digital filters. they r black/white, "brown tune", and soft. For those like postprocessing, it's useless. But for me who never postprocess, it's important! And there is a "bright" color tone mode for those don't like postprocess.

各位好, 我想問下其實個 size 係咪真係咁吸引呢？
因為始終都係 dslr, *ist DS 細極都大過所有 DC 仔.
咁又好似唔係話真係可以隨身帶出街咁喎？

即係要純粹為影相先會帶出街, 係咪呢？
同埋對我黎講, 個大 LCD 都好吸引~
不過好似冇乜人 appreciate 咁,
可能 prof 既人唔會睇得大重掛 =)

Agreed 100% that the size of viewfinder is v ery important. VF is one of the few reasons that really set DSLR apart from digicam. Dark and small viewfinders with tunnel vision and large crop factor will be a big minus in my book.

Weight is equally important. After a full day out shooting with a bag of lens, camera(s), flash, batteries and accessories, your back and your shoulder will tell you what to do next. If you are a hiker, the weight issue is even more important.
