I was/am a Rollie Fan too!!!
forget rollie camera, I use all rollie lenses with canon dslr now!!
my favourites lenses are : carl zeiss-planar 85/1.4 HFT, carl zeiss-distagon 35/1.4 HFT!!

I am just using Rollei AFM 35 and Prego 90 (sold)..
plan to buy a Rollei Sonnar 40mm F2.8 for my Bessa R2....
I have Canon SLR and use C/Y len , M42 lens....
but regarding QBM adapter,.... i don't know. but i guess not very good as QBM len have many design such as 1pin , 2 pin and 3 pin design. I am afrid i use wrong adapter and usually these adapter is very expensive. so i have not tried rollei len on slr.
Regarding DC, i think Rollei new 10X zoom is very good and cheap altough i have not seen its photo. But i believe Rollei must do very good in its photo quality.under $3000, F2.8-F3.1 37-370mm .This len is very good, right?
