It is solid metalic 62mm thread adaptor to replace the original 72mm plastic adaptor.

It is popular in FZ series DC because the 62mm accessories are cheaper and easier to found than 72mm accessories.

山哥筒 is from Taiwan.
A clone is available at about RMB 100.- in Kwongchow.
