Now i have a problem,
Is it worth to buy 20D now? or wait for 350D?

Will 20D drop price after 350D release?
How much is the selling price of 350D? when will it available in HK?

Hope some brothers can help me and give some suggestions

i also like the shutter and the metal body of 20D,
just now, the budget limit me to buy Kit set of 20D only
(at most buy 1 50F/1/8 more)

Will 20D drop price if 350d release?
I fear it will drop.....><", and waste $$

If consider the function,
they are similar,right?

Since most ppl say 350D will sell at $8680 (kit)
20D now is selling at $12800.

If buy 350D,then can save $4000 to buy a lens
but there still no formal info about the release day of it.

I did no take sports, just take scenary and portrait,
Would it worth to buy 20D?

You can wait for a longer time to see whether the price of 20D will drop or not if you are not rush.

but if i didn't buy 20D yet, i may buy 350D
anyway, need to try 350D

If you are in a rush and want to buy all the stuff with limited budget, go for 350D with all the lenses and flash.

If you are not in a rush and want to maximise your gears, buy 20D now and save some money to buy the lenses and flash later on.

They are in different grades and cannot be compared. If you did not want to spend too much money on 20D, 350D is a good choice. all other accessories can be reuse once you want to upgrade from 350D to 20D or even newer model later on.

20D -> semi-pro DSLR
350D -> entry-lvl DSLR

Don't compare them!
The most different despite the feeling is the viewfinder
20D uses pentaprism, 300D/350D uses parro-mirror(dunno the spelling) 20D's VF is much brighter, I've compared them in road show.
